I now generally send 3 emails within a 24-hour period, unless there simply isn't anything to promote.
If that is TOO MANY emails for you, but you still like to see what I'm promoting and what bonuses I have for them...
Then I recommend doing 2 things:
- Unsubcribe from all lists you are on (some of you may be subscribed to more than one of my lists).
- Bookmark my Aweber Hub Page in your browser and simply take a look at it now and then at your convenience for what I'm promoting.

Page is here - it's a list of all my emails that I send, including Course Updates emails, and in chronological order from the most recent on down.
The listings on that page open up just like the emails I send, and my affiliate links work the same.
Several people have done this already. They just bookmark that hub page and check it a few times a week or whenever they feel like it.
So, if my email sending is a bit too much for you and you don't just want to unsubscribe completely, then that's one way you can knock me out of your inbox but still keep up with what I'm promoting. :)
